【摘要】 目的了解中山市医疗机构消毒效果,分析消毒工作中存在的问题并为制定有效的预防措施提供依据。方法连续5年对中山市59所医疗机构空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒剂和无菌医疗用品等消毒效果进行监测。结果2003—2007年总合格率依次为91.86%、95.74%、95.79%、96.72%、96.78%,市级、镇级、私立和社区医疗机构合格率依次为97.64%、94.63%、97.19%、93.26%。各监测项目中,无菌医疗用品合格率最高,空气的合格率最低。结论中山市医疗机构消毒水平逐年提高,但空气消毒仍然是消毒工作的薄弱环节,应着手加强医疗机构自检自查,加强疾控部门的监测力度,进一步提高消毒质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the quality of disinfection in medical institutions of Zhongshan city,and analyze the problem in the disinfection to provide scientific evidence for the development of effective prevention measures. [Methods]5 years of continuous supervision was conducted in medical unit air,the surface of objects,the medical staff hands,disinfectant solutions in use,sterile medical supplies. [Results]The total eligible rates from 2003 —2007were 91.86%,95.74%,95.79%,96.72%,96.78%; that of medical institutions of city,town,private and community levels were 97.64%,94.63%,97.19%,93.26%. Among all detected items,the eligible rate of sterile medical supplies was highest and medical unit air is lowest. [Conclusion]Although the eligible rate of disinfection efficacy appears with increasing trend in medical institutions in Zhongshan,the disinfection quality of medical unit air is still weaken,that requests medical institutions and CDCs to enhance the surveillance and further improvement of disinfection.更多还原
