【摘要】 目的了解深圳市宝安区麻疹免疫水平,找寻麻疹在该区高发的原因。方法对宝安区2006年疫苗免疫效果进行监测,同时对该区人群麻疹免疫水平进行调查。结果该区免疫后成功率为98.04%,一般人群麻疹病毒抗体阳性率为85.23%,麻疹病毒抗体水平与街道、性别和年龄有关。结论该区应加强工作人员的业务培训,提高人群特别是流动儿童的麻疹疫苗接种率,加强重点人群强化免疫,定期进行人群抗体水平和疫苗效果监测是当前麻疹防治工作的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the immune level of measles in population and investigate the reason for high incidence in Bao’an district. [Methods]The effect of vaccine in Bao’an District in 2006 was monitored,and the immune level of measles in population was investigated. [Results] The rate in successfully immunization with measles vaccine was 98.04%,the positive rate of measles antibody in general population was 85.23%. The antibody level was related with different region,sexuality and age. [Conclusion]It suggested that we should obtain more professional training,raise the immune rate in fluid population,strengthen immunization in special population and take regularly immune level and immune effect surveillance as the focus of the prevention and treatment of measles at present.更多还原
