【摘要】 随着污染的加剧,水域生态环境质量和水生生物栖息地受到严重影响,水生生物增殖放流受到国内外的普遍关注。本文在考察国内外渔业资源增殖实践的基础上,阐述了上海市水域水生生物增殖放流的现状。上海市渔业资源增殖放流活动始于20世纪80年代,20多年来每年春天都在长江上海段、杭州湾上海水域、淀山湖、黄浦江上游水域开展渔业资源增殖放流,投入金额逐年增加。但是,上海市渔业资源增殖放流实践在技术、管理、公众参与等方面仍存在着不同程度的问题,尚需要在法规、技术、管理制度等方面进一步完善,以取得更好的增殖放流效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing of pollution,the ecological environment in water area and the habitat of aquatic lives has been severely affected,and aquatic lives enhancement and releasing practices have been paid general attention in both national and international society.The author has indicated the current situation of aquatic species enhancement and releasing in Shanghai water area on the basis of reviewing national and international fishery resources enhancement practices.Fishery resources enhancement and releasing activities in Shanghai started in 80’s in 20 century.For the last 20 years,there were fishery resources enhancement and releasing activities conducted in yellow river, Hangzhou bay,Dianshan Lake and Huangpu river along Shanghai every spring.Inputs were increased every year.However,there were still certain problems existed in technology,management and public participation of fishery resources enhancement and releasing practices in Shanghai.It needs to be improved in the aspects of legal regulation and management system in order to achieve better effect.更多还原
