教医研三位一体的中医临床经典课程教学模式构建与实践
Establishment and practice of teaching mode of TCM clinical classic course on type of trinity of teaching,medical work and research
【摘要】 目的构建教医研三位一体的中医临床经典课程教学模式,突出学生自主学习能力与实践能力的培养。方法8年来,我们基于"教书、教人、教心、教已"以人为本,立体、开放、互动的理念,在学校本科教学构建"理论教学大量引用案例式、讨论式、启发式教学法;临床教学通过经典病例分析,着重学生辩证思维和临床技能培养;科研教学通过专题实验研究诠释中医经典的科学内涵"的教医研三位一体的课程教学模式。结果通过实施以上教学模式,创新教材建设,利用现代教育技术手段,构建内容丰富的教学资源库,不断深化教学改革,调动了学生自主学习积极性,提高学生成绩及能力,促进师资培养,丰富教材建设。结论教医研三位一体的中医临床经典课程教学模式调动了学生自主学习积极性,提高了课程教学的效果,并促进了学科建设。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish the teaching mode of TCM clinical classic course on type of trinity of teaching,medical work and research to improve the autonomous learning and practical ability of students. Methods The teaching mode of TCM clinical classic course on type of trinity of teaching,medical work and research has been constructed in undergraduate education in our university in 8 years,based on the concept of people-orientation,three dimension,open and interactivity. In theoretical teaching the methods of case-based,discussing and heuristic teaching were used; in clinical teaching the syndrome differentiation thinking and clinical skills were trained through the analysis on classic cases; and in research teaching the scientific connotation of TCM classics was explained by topic experimental researches. Results By applying the above teaching mode new teaching materials were developed,modern teaching technology was used,and teaching resource database was set up. The deepening teaching reform has aroused the autonomous learning initiative of students,promoted their performances and abilities,trained teachers and enriched teaching materials. Conclusion The teaching mode of TCM clinical classic course on type of trinity of teaching,medical work and research arouses the autonomous learning initiative of students,enhances teaching effect and improves discipline construction.
