【摘要】 目的:探讨滋阴清热方和泼尼松对狼疮鼠骨髓细胞核蛋白质的影响。方法:用不同的干预措施处理狼疮鼠,提取骨髓细胞核蛋白质,运用SELDI-TOF-MS技术检测各处理组狼疮鼠骨髓细胞核蛋白质的表达差异。结果:在骨髓细胞的核蛋白质中发现,对照组出现一些加重自身免疫的蛋白质,而西药组出现一些抑制免疫反应的蛋白质;中西药和西药对骨髓细胞的核蛋白质影响的结果相似;单纯用中药和用生理盐水对疾病发展的相关免疫方面影响不大。结论:滋阴清热方中药和或泼尼松可能通过影响骨髓细胞的分化和蛋白质的表达达到治疗目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the effect of a Chinese compound recipe of Nourishing Yin and Reducing Heat and prednisone on nuclear protein of bone marrow cell in mice.Methods Firstly MRL/LPR female lupus mice were treated by the different ways,then extracted nucleoprotein of bone marrow cell,and finally we took nucleoprotein express spectra by SELDI-TOF-MS.Result We found there were some proteins in Control group which aggravate autoimmune course,and some proteins in Western medicine group which rivalry immunological activity;The Chinese Western medicine and The Western medicine effected similarly nucleoprotein;The traditional Chinese medicine and isotonic Na chloride have nothing to do with immunization relating to SLE.Conclusion The recipe of Nourishing Yin and Reducing Heat and prednisone can effect differentiation of myeloid cells and expression of protein in order to treat SLE.更多还原
