积雪草酸阻断大鼠肝纤维化的实验研究
Preventive Effects of Asiatic Acid on Rat Hepatic Fibrosis Induced by Carbon Tetrachloride
【摘要】 目的:研究积雪草酸对大鼠实验性肝纤维化的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为①模型对照组、②积雪草酸治疗组、③正常对照组和④积雪草酸对照组。①、②组腹腔注射20%四氯化碳花生油6周诱导肝纤维化;③、④组腹腔注射等量花生油做对照。②、④组同时按8mg/kg给予积雪草酸灌胃,每天1次;①、③组则给予等量生理盐水。第6周时,取肝组织做病理检查,并检测血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和胆红素等的含量。结果:③、④组未发现明显病理改变;②组较①组不但肝纤维化分级显著降低(P<0.05),而且转氨酶和胆红素水平也显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:积雪草酸可明显阻断四氯化碳诱导的大鼠肝纤维化,且无明显肝毒性作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Asiatic acid(AA) to break off rat hepatic fibrosis induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4).Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into model group,treatment group,normal group and drug group.Rats in the model and treatment groups were injected intraperitoneally with CCl4 to induce hepatic fibrosis.Rats in the normal and drug groups were treated with equal peanut oil.The treatment and drug groups were given 2 mg of AA by gastric infusion.The model and normal groups were given equal water.At the end of experiment,the pathologic changes of liver tissue were observed.The serum levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and bilirubin were also measured.Results: The grades of hepatic fibrosis in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05).The serum levels of ALT,AST and bilirubin in the treatment group were also significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion: AA is able to break off the hepatic fibrosis in rats induced by CCl4.
