【摘要】 目的:探讨胰炎灵颗粒剂对急性胰腺炎(AP)模型大鼠血清细胞因子及病理组织的影响。方法:选择85只健康Wistar大鼠,随机分为4组。以胰胆管逆行注射5%牛磺胆酸钠建立大鼠AP模型,用放免法测定细胞因子。结果:AP组血清细胞因子明显升高,各用药组血清细胞因子明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:胰炎灵颗粒剂能调节细胞因子代谢,促进AP恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of Yiyanling guanule on Changes of inflammatory cytokine and pathology in experimental acute pancreatitis(AP)in Rats.Methods:85 rats were randomized into 4 groups.The AP model was induced by bili-pancreatic duct infusion with 5% sterile sodium taurocholate solution.Inflammatory cytokine were determined by using radioimmunoassay.Results:Inflammatory cytokine in rats with AP were increased and the amount of them were greatly decreased in yitaimei and Yiyanling guanule groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Yiyanling Granules can adjust metabolism of cytokines.Yiyanling Granules has an obvious healing effect on acute pancreatitis in rats.更多还原
