【摘要】 目的:探讨扶正固本汤对缓解期支气管哮喘患者临床疗效。方法:将200例支气管哮喘缓解期患者分为两组,扶正固本汤口服治疗组和对照组各100例。临床治疗2个月后随访2年,观察患者疗效、肺功能和血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgE、T细胞亚群的变化。结果:治疗前后的自身对照,治疗组每年的哮喘复发次数较治疗前明显减少,肺功能明显改善,(P<0.05),患者T淋巴细胞亚群CD8明显增加,CD4/CD8细胞比值降低(P<0.05)。结论:扶正固本汤治疗缓解期支气管哮喘患者临床治疗效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the Fuzheng Guben decoction on remission in patients with bronchial asthma clinical efficacy fruit.Methods:200 cases of bronchial asthma in remission stage were divided into two groups,the strengths of soup Fuzheng oral treatment group and control group 100 cases each.Clinical treatment 2 months after 2 years follow-up to observe the patients,pulmonary function and serum immunoglobulin IgG,IgE,T cell subsets changes.Results:before and after treatment of self-control,the treatment group the number of annual asthma relapse than before treatment a significant decrease in lung function improved significantly,(P < 0.05),patients with T-lymphocyte subsets CD8 significantly increased,CD4 /CD8 cell ratio decreased(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Guben decoction for remission in patients with bronchial asthma clinical treatment effect.更多还原
