【摘要】 目的:研究"压、端、牵"手法的要领;旋后背伸位与旋前掌屈位固定疗效比较。方法:选择观察组48例、对照组46例,加以比较。结果:94例疗效均获优。结论:"压、端、牵"手法操作简便,损伤小,其要领是术者必须定位准,并与助手相互协调;旋后背伸位与旋前掌屈位固定最后疗效无明显差别,但前者较后者消肿时间短,背伸、旋后功能恢复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the main point of Manipulation of "Ya、Duan、Qian":to study the effect ot two methods of fixation(supinated fixation and pronated one) Methods:Ninty-four children with distal radial fractures were divided into 2 groups(Group A:48 children,treated by manipulative reduction with external fixation,supinated,Group B:46children,treated by manipulative reduction with extemal fixation,pronated),and the effect of two methods were studied.Result:We found all cases gaind good effect.Conclusion:Manipulation of "Ya,Duan,Qian" is convenient to do and the injury it brought is little.The main po int of it is that the actor should do correctly and in a coherent collaboration with his assitants.There Was no significant differences between the two methods(P < 0.05),and the former can lead to a quicker recover in function and make the swelling evade more quickly.更多还原
