【Abstract】 The animal models of coronary heart disease were established according to the syndrome of Chinese medicine which were categorized into the rat models and rabbit model.The syndrome of rat models were heart yang deficiency,phlegm turbid,heart blood stasis and complex of phlegm and stasis.The syndrome of rabbit model was qi deficiency and phlegm turbid.It was observed as to mechanism that the influence of Chinese medicine on function of heart,electrocardiogram,blood fat,nitric oxide and endothelin,cardiac enzymes,PGI2,6-keto-PGF1α,free radical,endothelin/calcitonin gene related peptide,restenosis of balloon angioplasty injury and relative gene expression,etc.更多还原
