【摘要】 目的:观察四物汤配方颗粒对骨髓抑制小鼠造血功能的影响。方法:采用CO60γ照射和注射环磷酰胺复合制备骨髓抑制小鼠模型。应用实验血液学、造血祖细胞培养等技术方法探讨四物汤配方颗粒对骨髓抑制小鼠外周血、骨髓有核细胞数、骨髓造血祖细胞的增殖的影响。结果:四物汤配方颗粒能促进外周血、骨髓有核细胞数、骨髓造血祖细胞的增殖。结论:四物汤配方颗粒能促进骨髓造血功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of Siwu decoction formula granula on haematogenesis function in myelosuppressed Mice.Methods:Built the mold of myelosuppressed mice by irradiated CO 60 and injected cyclophosphamide,Siwu decoction on the number of karyote,the proliferation of Bone Marrow hemopoietic progenitor cell were investigated by the technique method of experimentation hematology,the cultivation of hemopoietic progenitor cell.Results:It was found that Siwu decoction formula granula could obviously increase the,the number of karyote in peripheral blood and Bone Marrow,the proliferation of Bone Marrow hemopoietic progenitor cell.Conclusions:Siwu decoction formula granula can improve the blood creation ability of the bone marrow.更多还原
