【摘要】 目的:探讨云南白药对体外震波碎石术后肾功能的保护作用。方法:52例肾盂结石患者随机分为两组,其中对照组22例,ESWL术后服用排石冲剂;云南白药组30例,ESWL术后服排石冲剂和云南白药胶囊;分别为术前、术后24h、术后72h及术后1周测定两组尿微量蛋白及外周静脉血ET-1、NO、SOD、MDA。结果:对照组术后24h及术后72h尿中ALB、IgG、β2-MG明显增加,尿THP明显减少;术后24h及术后72h外周血ET-1及MDA治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);术后24h及术后72h外周血SOD及NO治疗组高于于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:云南白药治疗ESWL术后肾损伤疗效确切,可推广应用于临床。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to study the effects of Yunnan Baiyao on renal damage induced by Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy(ESWL).Methods: 52 patients of renal stone undergone anaesthesia-free ESWL,were randomly assigned into 2 groups.The Yunnan Baiyao group(n=30) and the control group(n=22).For the former group,Yunnan Baiyao and Paishi decoctions were given orally for 10 succesive days,2 capsules of Yunnan Baiyao and 5g of Paishi decoctions each time,3 times 30 minutes before ESWL,while the control group received Paishi Decoctions.Urinary trace of albumin and the serum level of ET-1 NO,SOD,MDA were determined before and after ESWL.Results: In the control group,a significant increase of urinary ALB,IgG,β2–MG(P<0.01) and the serum level of ET-1,MDA(P<0.05),a marked decrease of urinary THP and the serum level of SOD,NO were noted 24h and 72h after ESWL(P<0.05).Conclusion: The results suggest that Yunnan Baiyao has protective effect on renal damage induced by ESWL.It is worth applied widely to protection of renal function from damage caused ESWL.更多还原
