【摘要】 目的:探讨复方小叶女贞茶(又称"清醇绿宝茶")调节大鼠血脂和影响动物体重机理,为研制防治酒精性肝病,降脂保肝新产品提供理论依据。方法:采用大鼠高血脂动物模型4组,以不同剂量复方小叶女贞茶浓缩液分别灌胃受试动物32天,测量各组动物体重、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。结果:经口给予大鼠不同剂量的复方小叶女贞茶1.2、2.4、7.2g/kg体重剂量组均能明显降低大鼠血清TC、TG水平,与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05);1.2、2.4g/kg体重剂量组能极明显升高大鼠HDL-C水平,与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:研究提示复方小叶女贞茶对大鼠高血脂动物有一定的辅助调节血脂作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the mechanism of lobular privet tea compound on the regulation action in rats and the effects of animal weight,and provide theoretical basis for the development of new drugs which can prevent and cure alcoholic hepatic disease,and decrease blood lipid and protect Liver.Methods:The hyperlipidemia model rats were dividied into 4 groups and given different doses of concentrated solution of lobular privet tea orally for 32 days,then measured weight,serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)of each group.Results:The rats given lobular privet tea 1.2g/kg,2.4g/kg,7.2g/kg can significantly decrese TC and TG level in serum,compared with the control group,have significant difference(P<0.05);1.2g/kg,2.4g/kg can boost HDL-C levels in rats significantly,and have significant difference(P<0.01,P<0.05)compare with control group.Conclusion:The results indicate that the lobular privet tea compound have some auxiliary regulation effect on hyperlipidemia rats.更多还原
