【摘要】 目的:探讨加味黄精汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:选择40例慢性乙肝患者分为治疗组和对照组,分别观察两组治疗前后的症状体征、肝功、肝脾彩超、HBV。结果:治疗组上述指标的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组有效率为92.0%,对照组有效率为66.7%。结论:加味黄精汤是治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效方剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinic curative effect of Jiawei Huangjing Decoction treating chronic hepatitis B.Methods:40 patients with chronic hepatitis B were choosed,and disparted as treated group and control.Their symptom,objective sign,hepatic function,ultrasonic wave of liver and spleen and HBV were observed respectively.Results:The improvement of treated group preceded the control obviously(P<0.01).The effective rate of the treated group was 92.0%,and the control 66.7%.Conclusion:Jiawei Huangjing Decoction was a effective decoction treating chronic hepatitis B.更多还原
