【摘要】 目的:观察慢性肾功能不全虹膜改变的临床诊断价值。方法:选择慢性肾功能不全患者60例作为研究组,选取正常体检者30例作为正常对照组,采用Mikky公司DC-106型电子虹膜镜观察虹膜病变点出现率、病变程度量、颜色深浅量。结果:虹膜病变点出现率、病变程度量、颜色深浅量与对照组相比有非常显著性差异P<0.01,虹膜改变定级与肾功能不全分期相关性呈正相关,与中医证型演变呈正相关。结论:虹膜镜对诊断早期慢性肾功能不全有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the alteration IRIS of patients with chronic renal failure and evaluating clinical diagnose.Methods:60 patients with chronic renal failure were used as researching group,30 health examination were used as the normal control group,to adopt Mikky DC-106 electron iridoscope observing lesion point frequency of occurrenc and lesion degree and color deep or superficial.Results:IRIS lteration of the cases with CRF were markedly higher than normal control groups(P<0.01),between degree of the alteration IRIS and period of CRF were positive relative,between degree of the alteration IRIS and traditional chnese medicine dialectically were positive relative.Conclusion:To provid clinical theoretical reason for iridoscope to diagnosis CRF in earlier period.更多还原
