山茱萸多糖对环磷酰胺致小鼠白细胞减少症的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察山茱萸多糖(cornel polysaccharides,CPS)对环磷酰胺导致的白细胞减少症的影响。方法:利用环磷酰胺腹腔注射造成小鼠白细胞减少症模型,用多糖小大两个剂量灌胃给药,不同时间检测小鼠外周血象、胸腺系数、脾脏系数、骨髓有核细胞数及DNA含量。结果:山茱萸多糖可明显升高模型小鼠的WBC、RBC、Hgb、PLT,骨髓有核细胞数和DNA含量。结论:山茱萸多糖对白细胞减少症模型小鼠有明显作用。其作用与改善骨髓造血功能有关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of cornel polysaccharides on mice model of leukopenia.Methods:celiac injection of cyclophosphamide(CTX) 80mg·kg-1·d-1×3d to mice was used as an animal model of leukopenia and then treated with CPS(take orally).The levels of peripheral hemogram,spleen index,thymus index,numbers of bone marrow nucleated cells and contents of bone marrow DNA were inspected.Results:CPS could obviously raise the numbers of WBC,RBC,PLT,contents of Hgb,spleen index,numbers of bone marrow nucleated cells,and contents of bone marrow DNA of the leukopenia model in mice.Conclusion:It is suggested that CPS has a renew effect on mice model of leukopenia,and the mechanism may be relevant to improve the hematopoiesis of hone marrow.
