【摘要】 目的:探讨中药超声透入疗法对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的疗效。方法:将50名KOA患者,随机分为治疗组(n=25)和对照组(n=25),治疗组采用中药超声波透入疗法,对照组只进行单纯超声波疗法。两组患者分别在治疗前和治疗10天后采用VAS评分和Lysholm评分对膝关节的疼痛和功能进行评定。结果:治疗组的总有效率为92%,对照组的有效率为68%,2组经χ2。检验(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;两组治疗后VAS评分与Lysholm评分较治疗前有明显改善,(P<0.01);治疗后两组患者VAS评分与Lysholm评分比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药超声透入治疗KOA具有显著疗效,值得临床推广、应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the traditional Chinese medicine ultrasound phoresis with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Based on clinical diagnostic criteria,50 patients with knee obsearthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases).The patients in the treatment group were the traditional Chinese medicine ultrasound phoresis,while thepatients of the control group were the ultrasound therapy.Before and after 10 days of treatment,knee pain and function were assessed with VAS and Lysholm.Results:The cure χ2 rate Chisquare test was significantly higher in the treatment group than inthe control group,(P<0.05).The patients in both groups scored significantly higher onVAS and Lysholm before the treatment P<0.01.After 10 days of the treatment,the treatment group improved to a significantly greater extent in terms of VAS and Lysholm(P<0.01).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine ultrasound phoresis is significantly effective with KOA.And it is worth clinical popularization and application.更多还原
