【摘要】 目的:探讨中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床疗效及其对免疫功能的影响。方法:将85例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为治疗组43例、对照组42例。治疗组穴位贴敷咳喘方,对照组穴位贴敷安慰剂。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后免疫功能指标变化。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.01;CD+4、CD+4/CD+8明显高于对照组,IL-4、TNFα-明显低于对照组,IgM、IgA、IgG明显高于对照组,IgE水平明显低于对照组。结论:穴位贴敷咳喘方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效确切,可改善患者免疫功能,降低IL-4、TNF-α水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and the change of immunity function of patients with COPD by sticking the acupuncture points with TCM.Methods:85 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.Both groups were given traditional Chinese medicine by sticking the acupuncture points.The treatment group were given Kechuan-formula,while the control group were given placebo;Each group was observed three years,contrasting the changes of therapeutic effect and immunological function.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the levels of CD+4,CD+4/CD+8,IgM,IgA,IgG in the treating group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of TNF-α,IL-4,IgE in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Sticking the acupuncture points with Kechuan-formula can regulate TNF-αand IL-4 level in patients with COPD,witch can improve the immunity of body and make therapeutic effect.更多还原
