【摘要】 目的:建立一种可测定首乌丸中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的RP-HPLC方法。方法:采用Shim-packVP-ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-水(45∶55);检测波长为246nm;流速为1.0mL/min;柱温为40℃;峰面积外标法定量。结果:此法补骨脂素在9.10×10-4~0.2742μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,(r=0.99999),平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为2.27%;异补骨脂素在9.90×10-4~0.2970μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,(r=0.99999),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD 2.44%。结论:此方法简便、快速、准确可靠,可作为该制剂的质控方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for determining the content of Psoralen and isopsoralen in Shouwu Pill.Methods:A Shim-pack C₁₈ column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water（45∶55）.The detection wavelength was 246nm.Results:The linear range of paoralen was 9.10×10-4～0.2742μg（r=0.99999）.The average recovery（n=9） was 97.8%.RSD was 2.27%.The linear range of isopaoralen was 9.90×10-4～0.2970μg（r=0.99999）.The average recovery（n=9） was 100.4%.RSD was 2.44%.Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of the preparetion.更多还原
