响应面分析法优化灵芝多糖的微波提取工艺
Study on Extraction of Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharides by Response Surface Methodology
【摘要】 目的:确定灵芝多糖微波提取最佳工艺。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法,通过响应面分析法对灵芝多糖微波提取工艺进行优选。结果:液料比、微波频率对灵芝多糖得率具有显著性影响,其最佳提取工艺为:加药材32倍量的水,在1960MHz微波频率下提取14min,结果测得多糖得率为6.86%。结论:该优化工艺简便稳定、重现性好,可用于灵芝多糖的提取。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the extraction technology of ganoderma lucidum karst polysacchari-des.Methods:The content of polysaccharides in ganoderma lucidum karst was determined by the method of phenol-sulphate acid.The microwave extraction process optimization studies of gano-derma polysaccharide was based on the response surface methodology.Results:Liquid ratio,microwave-frequency and the response of ganoderma polysaccharide occurrence significant correlation.The result of the experiment showed the optimum extraction condition as follow:14 times of water,extracting 14 mins by 1960MHz microwave frequency.Under that condition the rate of polysaccharide reached 6.86%.Conclusion:The extraction technology can be used for the extraction of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides.
