【摘要】 目的:观察经典方黄连解毒汤的体外抗真菌活性及与特比萘芬、伊曲康唑、氟康唑联合应用的相互作用方式。方法:应用美国临床和实验室标准协会(CLSI)的产孢丝状真菌微量液基稀释法(M38-A)和M27-A2微量液体稀释法测定特比萘芬、伊曲康唑、氟康唑、黄连解毒汤、黄连解毒汤/特比萘芬、黄连解毒汤/伊曲康唑、黄连解毒汤/氟康唑对须癣毛癣菌和白念珠菌的MIC值,计算两药联合应用后的分数抑菌浓度(FIC)。结果:特比萘芬、伊曲康唑、氟康唑、黄连解毒汤对须癣毛癣菌和白念珠菌的MIC值分别为:0.040、4.23;0.80、0.50;33.82、7.16μg/mL;0.0034、0.017g/mL。黄连解毒汤与特比萘芬、伊曲康唑、氟康唑联用对须癣毛癣菌和白念珠菌的平均FIC值分别为0.84、0.87;0.90、0.47;1.60、0.74。结论:黄连解毒汤具有良好的抗真菌作用,并且对须癣毛癣菌的抑菌作用优于白念珠菌,同时与西药联合应用显示出了良好的协同作用。黄连解毒汤可应用于临床真菌感染性疾病的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to observe the in vitro anti-fungal activity of classic Coptidis Decoction for Detoxification or combined with terbinafine,itraconazole,or fluconazole.Methods:according to the method for broth microdilution of antifungal susceptibility testing(M38-A,M27-A2)developed by U.S.clinical and laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI),we evaluated the effect of terbinafine,itraconazole,fluconazol,Coptidis Decoction for Detoxification,Coptidis Decoction for Detoxification combined with Terbinafine,Coptidis Decoction for Detoxification combined with Itraconazole,Coptidis Decoction for Detoxification combined with fluconazol on the MIC value of Trichophyton mentagrophytes and Candida albicans,and calculated the fraction inhibitory concentration(FIC)of the combination of two kinds of medicine.Results:the MIC values of terbinafine,itraconazole,fluconazole,Coptidis Decoction for Detoxification against Trichophyton mentagrophytes and Candida albicans were respectively 0.040μg/mL,4.23μg/mL;0.80μg/mL,0.50μg/mL;33.82μg/mL,7.16μg/mL;0.0034g/mL,0.017g/mL.The FIC values for the combination of Coptidis Decoction for Detoxification with terbinafine,itraconazole,fluconazole against Trichophyton mentagrophytes and Candida albicans were respectively 0.84,0.87;0.90,0.47;1.60,0.74.Conclusion:coptidis Decoction for Detoxification has good anti-fungal effect.Its anti-fungal effect against Trichophyton mentagrophytes is better than that against Candida albicans,and it has a good synergetic effect when combined with western medicine.Coptidis Decoction for Detoxification can be used in clinical treatment of fungal infectious diseases.更多还原
