黄白痤疮膏对金黄地鼠白细胞雄激素受体及皮脂腺斑组织结构的影响
The Effect of Huangbai Acne Ointment on Androgen Receptor of Golden Hamster and Organization of Gland Spot
【摘要】 目的:探讨黄白痤疮膏外用治疗寻常痤疮的作用机理。方法:选用成年雄性金黄地鼠侧腹皮脂腺斑作为动物模型,随机分3组分别采用黄白痤疮膏、5%安体舒通乳剂、蒸馏水外擦皮脂腺斑20天,观察皮脂腺斑组织结构及皮脂腺斑的大小变化;应用放射配体结合分析法测定实验地鼠白细胞雄激素受体(AR)含量,放射免疫法检测地鼠血清中睾酮的水平。结果:黄白痤疮膏与安体舒通均能明显缩小金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P(0.01);黄白痤疮膏能明显的改变皮脂腺斑的显微结构,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P(0.05);黄白痤疮膏与安体舒通均具有降低金黄地鼠外周血白细胞AR,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P(0.05)。结论:黄白痤疮膏能抑制皮脂腺细胞的增生和分泌功能,改变皮脂腺斑显微结构,使皮脂腺斑缩小,降低金黄地鼠外周血白细胞AR,对痤疮有良好的防治作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To inquire into the function mechanism that Huangbai Acne Ointment utilized a Top-Ical therapy on the ordinary acne.Methods:Adopting golden hamster side stomach gland spot as an animal model,three groups were randomly divided into.They were respectively Huangbai Acne Ointment,5% spironolactone,distilled water for external application on the gland spot of golden hamster side stomach for 20 days,observing the organization of gland spot and the change of gland spot in size;The plasma concentration of AR was determined by Receptor Radio-ligand Banding Assay(RRLBA).Radioimmunoassay measured the level of testosterone in hamster serum.Results:Huangbai Acne Ointment and spironnolatone could contract obviously gland spot of golden hamster,the obvious difference was found(P<0.01),compared with the control group;Huangbai Acne Ointment could change the organization of gland spot the obvious differences was found(P<0.05),compared with the control group;Huangbai Acne Ointment and spironolactone could both lower the androgen of golden hamster AR,the obvious differences was found(P<0.05),compared with the control group.Conclusion:Huangbai Acne Ointment has the function of repressing gland spot’s increase and secrete,changing the organization of gland spot,reducing gland spot,lowering the androgen of golden hamster AR.Above all,Huangbai Acne Ointment has a good prevention and cure function.
