【摘要】 目的:探讨代温灸膏敷贴穴位防治小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将62例小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组病例均吸入丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂3个月,按需口服丙卡特罗片;治疗组加用代温灸膏贴敷穴位,咳嗽发作期贴风门、肺俞穴,农历三伏、三九天贴定喘、肺俞、脾俞、肾俞穴;观察咳嗽及2年内喘息情况。结果:治疗组夜间及晨间咳嗽消失所需时间少于对照组;治疗组2年内典型哮喘发病率为6.25%,对照组为36.67%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗3个月血嗜酸性粒细胞计数由(393.44±192.85)降到(298.13±98.75),对照组由(392.33±199.51)降到(294.67±175.96),两组均较治疗前降低(P<0.01)。结论:代温灸膏敷贴穴位治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘,较单用西药咳嗽症状缓解更快,停用吸入激素后,坚持穴位敷贴治疗可降低典型哮喘转化率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of Daiwenjiu Ointment plastering acupuncture point on children cough-variant asthma.Methods: 62 cases of children with cough-variant asthma were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.These two groups both breathe-in propionic acid aerosol for three months and took procaterol tablet orally in need.Besides the treatment group added Daiwenjiu Ointment plastering acupuncture point,such as Fengmen and Feishu during cough occurrence,or Dingchuan,Feishu,Pishu and Shenshu during dog days and coldest days of winter.The course was two years. Results: Cough disappearance time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group.Incidence of representative asthma was 6.25% in the treatment group,and 36.67% in the control group(P<0.05);after three months the total of eosinophile granulocyte decreased from(393.44±192.85)to(298.13±98.75)in blood of the treatment group,while in the control group decreased from(392.33±199.51) to(294.67±175.96),and the numbers of two groups both decreased than those before treatment respectively(P<0.01).Conclusions: By Daiwenjiu Ointment plastering acupuncture point cough could be lessoned sooner than that by medicine only.After stopping inhaling hormone insisting in plastering acupuncture point could decrease the percent conversion of asthma.更多还原
