神经细胞损伤的细胞模型研究概况

【摘要】 在神经细胞损伤的保护药物的研究中,利用体外细胞模型进行药物的筛选成为重要的研究手段。主要结合神经细胞损伤的机制,综述了各种体外神经细胞损伤的细胞模型建立的方法,为开展中药及其方药防治脑血管疾病的研究提供合适的细胞模型。

【Abstract】 It is an important means in finding neuron protective component and drugs by using cell damage model.In this article,we sum up various methods of neuron injury in vitro,mainly depending on the mechanisms of neuron injury.This would provide appropriate cell models in scaning drugs on prevention and cure cerebrovascular diseases from Chinese medicine.
