脑痛立停胶囊对偏头痛模型小鼠脑及血浆神经递质含量的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨脑痛立停胶囊治疗偏头痛的作用机理。方法:建立利血平化低5-羟色胺(5-HT)小鼠偏头痛模型,给与脑痛立停胶囊灌胃治疗7天,以复方羊角胶囊为对照药物。电化学法测定小鼠血浆和脑组织5-HT等单胺递质的含量。结果:利血平化低5-HT偏头痛模型小鼠血浆及脑组织5-HT、多巴胺(DA)的含量明显降低,脑组织去甲肾上腺素(NE)和高香草酸(HVA)含量也明显降低。脑痛立停胶囊可提高模型小鼠血浆和脑组织5-HT、DA和脑组织NE的含量,作用强度与复方羊角胶囊相似。结论:脑痛立停胶囊可以提高偏头痛模型小鼠血浆及脑组织5-HT、DA和脑组织NE的含量,以调整脑部血管舒缩功能,改善脑部血液循环,调节中枢神经痛调制机能。通过以上机制发挥治疗偏头痛的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To discover the action mechanism of Naotong Liting capsule as a medicine used to cure migraine.Methods:Mice model with migraine caused by exhausting 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)with Reserpine is built up,then the model mice are treated whit Naotongliting capsule for 7 days.Fufang Yangjiao capsule is used as control medicine.The level of Neurotransmitter such as 5-HT in brain and blood plasma of mice is tested with radioimmunity method.Results:The content of 5-HT,DA in blood plasma,and NE,HVA in brine is decreased too.Naotong Liting capsule can increase the content of 5-HT,DA in blood plasma and brain of model mice.The effect is similar to that of Fufang Yangjiao capsule.Conclusion:Naotong Liting capsule could cure migraine by upregulating the level of 5-HT,DA in brain and blood plasma of model mice and the NE in brain to regulate the action of blood vessels,and improve the function of pain modulation of the center nerves system,Calming the anxiety symptoms of patients with migraine.
