【摘要】 目的探讨护士应用互动模式引导家长参与肺炎患儿的护理对家长疾病应对能力的影响。方法对入选的患儿家长按入院顺序编号,根据随机数字表分成观察组和对照组各63例,观察组实施双向性的互动护理模式,而对照组实施传统单向性的护理模式。结果家长心理压力水平观察组分值为(26.087±2.639),两组比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01);家长参与护理的程度比较,观察组优于对照组(x~2=114.692,P<0.01);出院后子女患病时主动采取应对措施两组比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论护士应用互动模式比传统的单向性护理模式能更有效的提高家长在患儿生病时的应对能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of interactive nursing model on parents’ coping ability of disease by guiding the parents to take part in the nursing care of pneumonia infants. Methods The parents were numbered according to their submission order, and then divided into observation group and control group randomly (n=63 in each group). The observation group received the interactive nursing care, while the control group received traditional nursing care. Results The level of psychological pressure in observation group was 26. 087 ± 2. 639, significantly superior to that in control group (P<0.01). Besides, the degree of parents’ involvement in nursing care in observation group was significantly higher than the expected degree in control group (x~2=114. 692, P<0.01). Parents in observation group were also found to be more active when taking countermeasures toward children’s sickness after discharged (P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional nursing, interactive nursing model is more effective in improving the parents’ coping ability of diseases.更多还原
