【摘要】 目的观察复方麒麟膏外贴穴位缓解腹部肿瘤患者癌性疼痛的效果。方法选择腹部肿瘤患者217例,随机分为治疗组(A组)75例,对照组(B组)69例,空白组(C组)73例。A组用复方麒麟膏外贴穴位;B组用复方蟾酥膏敷贴痛处;C组用空白敷贴膏,贴敷相关穴位。采用疼痛诊疗标准(VRS)进行止痛效果评定。结果 A组患者用药起效时间(30±4.5)min和持续止痛时间(23.5±6.7)min,均明显高于B组(35.0±5.8)min和(20.5±6.9)min。A组治疗后与B组、C组比较,疼痛程度明显减轻,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方麒麟膏外贴穴位能有效缓解腹部肿瘤患者的癌性疼痛程度,缩短起效时间,为探讨中药穴位止痛膏的方药配伍、配穴技巧、制剂方法,发明一种阿片类药物以外的癌性疼痛外用治疗膏药提供了可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effectiveness of kirin compound ointment applied externally on acupoints to relieve the cancer pain in celiac tumor patients. Method 217 celiac tumor patients were randomly divided into three groups: observation group (Group A, n=75) , control group (Group B, n=69) and blank group (Group C,n=73). Group A were applied with kirin compound ointment, Group B were applied with Chanshu compound ointment, and Group C were given plaster without drug . Verbalratingscales ( VRS ) was used to assess the analgesic effect . Results The onset time and lasting duration of alegesia were (30±4.5)min and (23.5±6.7)min in group A, and they were (35.0±5.8) min and (20.5±6.9) min in group B respectively. It could be seen that the Analgesic effect of group A was obviously better than group B and group C. There were significant difference in the 3 groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Kirin compound ointment applied externally on acupoints can effectly relieve cancer pain in celiac tumor patients, and shorten the onset time. Besides, it provides supports for studying concerted application of recipe medicine, points combination skill and drug form methods. It also prompts the possibilities of inventing a plaster excepting opioids to relieve the cancer pain.更多还原
