715株感染性腹泻病原菌分布及耐药状况
The Distribution and Resistance of Diarrhea Pathogens
【摘要】 目的监测本院感染性腹泻病原菌的组成及耐药状况,为杭州地区感染性腹泻的流行病学研究、疫苗制备及临床合理用药提供参考资料。方法通过对腹泻患者的大便常规培养,筛选出病原菌后经生化及血清学鉴定种、群或血清型,并以纸片扩散法测定病原菌对抗菌药物的敏感性。结果检出病原菌的腹泻患者多为儿童和中青年,腹泻发病高峰为7-10月,病原菌以志贺菌属居首位(43.49%),依次是沙门菌属(35.11%)、弧菌属(16.78%)、大肠埃希菌(3.22%)和单胞菌属(1.40%)。各菌属对抗菌药物的敏感率有差异,志贺菌属和沙门菌属多重耐药较多,而弧菌属对抗菌药物多敏感。结论本院腹泻患者的病原菌种类多,有年龄、季节的分布特点,耐药性不同,应重视监测。
【Abstract】 Objective To monitor the distribution and resistance of pathogenic bacteria isolated from patients with diarrhea in the Sixth People’s Hospital of Hangzhou from 2003 to 2007,for the object of providing the basis for epidemiologic studies,vaccine preparation and clinical rational drug use of infectious diarrhea in Hangzhou.Methods Stool culture was used to screen the pathogenic bacteria isolated from patients with diarrhea,then the pathogenic bacteria were identified to species,groups and serotypes with the biochemical and serological tests,disc diffusion method was also used to test the susceptibility of bacteria to antimicrobial agents.Results The distribution of pathogenic bacteria was dominant in children,youths and wrinkly,and the peak time was from July to October.The pathogenic bacteria detected frequently were Shigellae spp.(43.49%),followed by Salmonella spp.(35.11%),Vibrio spp.(16.78%),Escherichia coli(3.22%) and Aeromonas spp.(1.40%).The rates of sensitive to antimicrobial agents were different between bacteria;the resistance to drug was more frequently in Shigellae spp.and Salmonella spp..Vibrio spp.was sensitive to antimicrobial agents.Conclusion There are many species and serotype of pathogenic bacteria which causing the infective diarrhea in the Sixth People’s Hospital of Hangzhou.Their distributions are different in age and season,and the rates of sensitive to antimicrobial agents are also different.Surveillance of the pathogenic bacteria should be emphasized.
