【摘要】 目的观察康复新液超声雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法将144例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为两组。治疗组76例采用利巴韦林10 mg/(kg.d)静脉滴注及康复新液5 mL超声雾化吸入,每日2次;对照组68例采用利巴韦林10 mg/(kg.d)静脉滴注。两组对症治疗相同。观察患儿体温、咽痛流涎、疱疹及溃疡数目,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗组发热、咽痛流涎、疱疹及溃疡消失时间也短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论加用康复新液超声雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎有助于提高疗效,缩短病程,减轻患儿痛苦。应用中未发现明显不良反应,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin Liquid ultrasound spray inhalation for children herpangina.Methods 144 cases of children herpangina were divided into 2 groups.76 cases in treatment group were given Ribavirin 10 mg/(kg·d) intravenous drip,and Kangfuxin Liquid 5 mL ultrasound spray inhalation,2 times everyday.68 cases in control group were only taken Ribavirin 10 mg/(kg·d) intravenous drip.The expectant treatment were same in 2 groups.Observed children’s body temperature,pharyngodynia and salivation,the number of herpes and ulcera,compared the therapeutic effect in 2 groups.Results The therapeutic effect in the treatment was superior to the control group,there was different in 2 groups(P<0.05).The disappear time of fever,pharyngodynia and salivation,herpes and ulcera in the treatment group also shorter than the control group.Conclusion Add Kangfuxin Liquid ultrasound spray inhalation for children herpangina can improve therapeutic effect,shorten course of treatment,alleviate children’s suffering.Discover not obviously bad reaction,be worth spreading in clinic.更多还原
