【摘要】 目的探讨小梁切除联合生物羊膜治疗难治性青光眼围手术期的针对性护理方法,以提高手术成功率,防止护理并发症的发生。方法以23例(24眼)接受该项手术的患者为研究对象,制订科学详细的健康教育计划,加强术前指导,严密术后观察,督促定期复诊。结果 23例(24眼)术后平均眼压(16 67±4.24)mm Hg,较术前平均眼压(45.63±9.41)mm Hg明显下降,差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01),患者术后眼压控制良好,无任何护理并发症发生。结论小梁切除联合生物羊膜治疗难治性青光眼,手术成功率高,疗效确切。根据疾病特点,制订个体化健教计划,充分做好术的准备,认真做好术后观察,切实做好督查复诊,是眼压控制良好,无护理并发症的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore nursing intervention of trabeculectomy with amniotic membrane for refractory glaucoma in perioperative nursing,to improve the achievement ratio of surgery,and to prevent occurrence of nursing complications. Methods 23 cases(24 eyes) were observed,to develop a scientific detailed health education programs,enhance preoperative guidance,accurately observe after operation and supervise to return regularly.Results The difference of mean intraocular pressure had significant difference(P < 0.01 ),which was(45.63±9.41 ) mm Hg before operation and(16.67±4.24) mm Hg after operation.Intraocular pressure was controlled well,without anv complication.Conclusion The achievement ratio of trabeculectomy with amniotic membrane to treat refractory glaucoma is high,and therapeutic effect is sure.Formulating individual plan,fully preoperative preparation and postoperative observation,and regular return were the key to control IOP and non - nursing complications.更多还原
