【摘要】 目的总结应用倍频Nd:YAG(532)激光治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变83例的护理体验。方法根据眼底血管荧光造影,应用倍频Nd:YAG(532)激光治疗83例(137眼)糖尿病性视网膜病变患者,配合医生做好诊断时的眼底血管荧光造影检查、术前的心理护理和术前准备、以及术后的宣教回访等护理工作。结果 83例(137眼)糖尿病性视网膜病变患者的光凝有效率达89.7%。结论对糖尿病性视网膜病变患者及时进行激光光凝术,配合全面、细致、周到的护理,可使绝大部分患者避免失明,提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate Nursing experience of multiple -frequency Nd:YAG(532) laser to treat 83 cases of diabetic retinopathy patients.Methods Based on fluorescence fundus angiography,Using multiple - frequency Nd: YAG(532) laser to treat 83 cases(137eyes) of diabetic retinopathy patients,Helping doctors to do a good job with the time of diagnosis of fluorescence fundus angiography,preoperative psychological care and preoperative preparation,as well as a return visit and so forth.Results The effective rate of photo - coagulation was 89.7%to 83 cases(137eyes) DR patients. Conclusion Laser photocoagulation surgery in DR patients in a timely manner to meet the comprehensive,detailed,thoughtful care,most patients can avoid the blind,to improve their quality of life.更多还原
