【摘要】 目的探讨护理干预减轻复发性视网膜脱离患者围手术期焦虑的效果。方法对35例复发性视网膜脱离患者从入院至出院由专人面对面对患者存在的心理问题进行针对性护理干预,分别于入院后半小时及出院前半小时采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)测评并比较干预前后的焦虑水平。结果经护理干预后,患者的焦虑程度较护理干预前减轻。结论加强护理干预能有效降低复发性视网膜脱离患者围手术期的焦虑程度,提高治疗的主动性和依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore efficacy of nursing intervention for perioperative stress of recurrent retinal detachment patients.Methods 35 cases recurrent retinal detachment were included.Nursing intervention for the related psychological problems of these patients was done during the residence.SAS was used to evaluate and compare the stress level at the beginning 30 minutes and the last 30 minutes of the residence.Results After the nursing intervention,patients’ stress level was lower than before.Conclusion Nursing intervention can help to release the perioperative stress of recurrent retinal detachment patients,which can improve the compliance of patients and the treatment effects.更多还原
