【摘要】 目的探讨曲唑酮联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法将80名入组病例随机分为研究组与对照组各40例。研究组为曲唑酮联用帕罗西汀,对照组仅用帕罗西汀,2周末视病情可酌情帕罗西汀加量至40 mg/d,采用HAMD评定疗效,SERS量表评定副反应,观察6周。结果 2周末、4周末、6周末两组组内HAMD评分较治疗前差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.01);4周末、6周末HAMD评分两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组显效率经统计学分析差异有显著性意义(χ~2=4.71,P<0.05),两组组间4周末SERS评分比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),6周末SERS评分两组比较差异仍有显著性意义(P<0 05)两组不良反应发生率比较差异也有显著性意义(χ~2=4.44,P<0.05)。结论曲唑酮联合帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症缓解程度高,不良反应较少且轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Trazodone combined with Paroxetine on the treatment of depression. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the study group and the eontrol group.40 patients in the study group were assigned to receive Trazodone and Paroxetine,while 40 patients in the control group only received Paroxetine.Paroxetine could be increased to 40 mg/d depending on condition at 2 weekend.HAMD was used to evaluate effect,SERS scale was used to assess adverse response for six weeks.Results HAMD scores were significantly different at 2 weekend,4 weekend and 6 weekend than before treatment in the two groups respectively.HAMD scores and SERS scores were significant different between the two groups at 4 weekend and 6 weekend(P <0.01 ).The incidence of adverse reactions were different between the two groups(x~2≥4.00,P <0.05).Conclusion The degree of depression ease was higher with Trazodone and Paroxetine than with Paroxetine with few and light side reaction.更多还原
