【摘要】 目的总结颅脑外伤后低颅压综合征的特点。方法回顾笔者所在医院1999～2009年73例低颅压综合征病例,探讨其发病机制、临床特点、诊断及治疗经验。结果所有病例均依靠临床表现和腰穿确诊,低颅压综合征经治疗后,症状消失,颅压正常。结论低颅压综合征的发生与颅脑损伤后脑血管痉挛、脑脊液丧失、脱水、体液丧失过多有关,经及时治疗所有病例颅压恢复正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To conclude the feature of intracranial hypotension syndrome induced by craniocerebral trauma. Methods 73 cases of intracranial hypotension syndrome were collected from 1999 to 2009 and retrospectively analyzed. The mechanism,clinical feature and experience of diagnosis and treatment were discussed.Results All cases with intracranial hypotension syndrome were diagnosed according to the clinical feature and results of lumbar puncture.The symptomsdis-appeared and intracranial pressure returned to normal after treatment.Conclusion Intracranial hypotension syndrome was a consequence of cerebral angio spasm,loss of cerebrospinal fluid,dehydration and excessive loss of body fluid after craniocerebral injury.The intracranial pressure of all cases returned to normal after prompt therapy.更多还原
