【摘要】 目的探讨致密性髂骨炎的CT特征及临床表现,进一步提高诊断水平。方法对28例临床诊断为致密性髂骨炎患者的CT表现及临床症状进行分析。结果 28例致密性髂骨炎患者影像学表现为病变累及骶髂关节髂骨面,病变致密硬化且均匀,呈斜三角形,外缘整齐,骶髂关节间隙无受累,临床表现和预后与强直性骶髂关节炎不同。结论根据临床症状、CT表现可对致密性髂骨炎进行诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The discussion iliac osteitis condensans’s CT characteristic and the clinical manifestation,further raise the diagnosis level.Methods Carries on the analysis to 28 example clinical diagnoses for the iliac osteitis condensans patients’ CT performance and the clinical symptoms.Results 28 example iliac osteitis condensans patients’ CT manifested as lesions involved iliac,the lesions compact hardening,and is even,assumes the oblique triangle,the outflow boundary is neat,sacroiliac joint gap isn’t involvement,iliac osteitis condensans is different from the ankylosing sacroiliitis about the clinical manifestation and the prognosis.Conclusion According to the clinical symptoms,the CT performance may carry on the diagnosis to the iliac osteitis condensans.更多还原
