牛大力化学成分研究
Studies on Chemical Constituents of Root of Millettia speciosa
【摘要】 目的:研究牛大力的化学成分。方法:运用硅胶柱色谱、大孔树脂D-101、Sephadex LH-20柱层析进行分离纯化。结果:从牛大力95%乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,通过理化性质和波谱分析分别鉴定为:异甘草素(Ⅰ)、高丽槐素(Ⅱ)、紫檀素(Ⅲ)、美迪紫檀素(Ⅳ)、高紫檀素(Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅴ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the root of Millettia speciosa.Methods: To isolate and purify by silica gel,macroporous resin D-101 and Sephadex LH-20.Results: Five compounds were isolated from 95% EtOH extract of Millettia Speciosa and their structures were elucidated by physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis as Isoliquiritigenin(Ⅰ),Maackiain(Ⅱ),Pterocarpin(Ⅲ),Medicarpin(Ⅳ) and Homopterocarpin(Ⅴ).Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅲ are obtained from this plant for the first time,compounds Ⅴ is isolated from the genus Millettia for the first time.
