【摘要】 目的:观察参芪降糖颗粒治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:对照组30例口服二甲双胍治疗,治疗组30例口服参芪降糖颗粒治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组93.3%,对照组73.3%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、空腹胰岛素(Fins)、C肽等指标均有改善,但治疗组FBG、2hBG、Fins下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论:参芪降糖颗粒治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Jiangtang Granule on initially diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: 30 cases were treated with metformin by oral-taken as the control group while 30 cases were treated with Shenqi Jiangtang Granule by oral-taken as the study group. Result: The total effective rate of the study group was 93.3% while that of the control group was 73.3%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The indexes FBG, 2hBG, HbA1C, Fins and C-peptide of both groups were improved, but FBG, 2hBG, HbA1C and Fins of the study group decreased more significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenqi Jiangtang Granule has obvious effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus of deficiency of both qi and yin.更多还原
