【摘要】 目的:观察炙甘草汤对乌头碱所致大鼠室性早博的预防和治疗作用。方法:成年SD大鼠50只,随机分为炙甘草汤大剂量组、中剂量组、小剂量组、生理盐水组、普萘洛尔组分别用相应药物及生理盐水灌胃5天后,匀速舌下静脉注射乌头碱,与生理参数分析仪相连接,观察心律失常的潜伏期及持续时间。结果:延长室性早搏的潜伏期炙甘草汤高、中剂量组与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),普萘洛尔组与炙甘草汤高、中剂量组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。缩短室性早搏持续时间炙甘草汤高剂量组与生理盐水组比较有极显著差异(P<0.01),炙甘草汤中剂量组与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),普萘洛尔组与炙甘草汤高、中剂量组比较无显著差异(P>0.05),与生理盐水比较有极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:炙甘草汤对乌头碱所致大鼠室性早搏有一定的预防及治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the protective and curative effect of Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction on ventricular premature beat of rats due to aconitine.Method:50 adult SD rats were divided into 5 groups randomly,which were large dose Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction group,middle dose group,small dose group,normal saline group and Propranolol group.After each group was given corresponding medicine and normal saline by gavage for 5 days respectively,they were established by sublingual venous injection of aconitine with uniform speed.The arrhythmic latency and duration was observed by connection of analyzing and recording physiological parameters instrument.Result:In prolongation of ventricular premature beat latency,there was significant difference between large dose and middle dose Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction groups and normal saline group(P<0.05)while there was not significant difference between Propranolol group and large dose and middle dose Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction groups(P>0.05).In shortening time of ventricular premature beat,there was very significant difference between large dose Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction group and normal saline group(P<0.01);there was significant difference between middle dose Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction group and normal saline group(P<0.05);there was not significant difference between Propranolol group and large dose and middle dose Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction groups(P>0.05);there was very significant difference between Propranolol group and normal saline group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction has certain protective and curative effect on ventricular premature beat of rats due to aconitine更多还原
