【Abstract】 Transdermal nicotine patch is one effective form of nicotine replacement therapy.It could not only relieve withdrawal symptoms and improve abstinence rates,but also avoid hazardous substance such as CO and tar by providing a small quantity of nicotine which is originally accessed from cigarettes.In this review,its pharmacological mechanism,pharmacokinetics,drug interaction,clinical evaluation and safety profile were summarized.[更多还原
