【摘要】 目的:观察水飞蓟宾胶囊(水林佳)治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎合并脂肪肝的疗效。方法:采用开放、随机、对照试验,47例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎合并脂肪肝患者随机分为两组,试验组24例,口服水飞蓟宾胶囊每次70mg,tid;对照组23例,口服硫普罗宁每次200mg,tid,疗程均为4周,比较两组治疗前后谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、(rGT)、三酰甘油(TG)、(CHO)、(HBV-DNA)以及腹部B超的变化。结果:治疗前后两组ALT,AST均显著下降,rGT治疗前后试验组呈下降趋势,对照组无变化,治疗前后两组TG,CHO,HBV-DNA水平以及腹部B超均无显著变化。结论:水飞蓟宾胶囊能显著改善慢性乙型病毒性肝炎合并脂肪肝患者的肝功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Silibinin capsules in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B complicated with fatty liver disease.Methods:In an open,randomized,and controlled trial,47 patients who suffered from chronic hepatitis B complicated with fatty liver disease were randomly divided into groups.They were treated with Silibinin capsules,70 mg 3 times per day,or tiopronin,200 mg 3 times per day,for 4 weeks.The changes in serum enzymes(ALT,AST and rGT),blood fat(TG and CHO),renal function(BUN and Cr),hepatic virus markers,HBV-DNA and B ultrasound examination were observed before and after the treatments.Results:Significant improvement of serum enzymes(ALT and AST)were found in both groups after the treatments(P<0.01).No significant changes were observed in rGT,blood fat(TG and CHO),renal function(BUN and Cr),virus markers,HBV-DNA and B ultrasound examination in both groups after the treatments.Conclusion:Silibinin capsule is as effective and safe as tiopronin for improvement of hepatic function in patients with chronic hepatitis B complicated with fatty liver disease.更多还原
