【摘要】 目的:探讨氨酚羟考酮片纳肛治疗中重度癌性疼痛。方法:对46例不能口服药物的中重度癌痛患者,以氨酚羟考酮片纳肛治疗,观察疗效及不良反应。结果:氨酚羟考酮片纳肛后2 h的VAS评分结果显示中重度癌痛患者缓解显效率为65.2%,有效率为91.3%,用药前后比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。氨酚羟考酮片纳肛不良反应有头晕2例(4.3%),恶心1例(2.2%),嗜睡1例(2.2%),无需治疗,均能自行好转。结论:氨酚羟考酮片纳肛可用于不能口服药物的中重度癌痛患者,尤其是中度癌痛患者,不良反应较少。更多还原
