【摘要】 目的:观察氟比洛芬酯注射液复合舒芬太尼对烧伤切痂植皮术后镇痛效果。方法:将烧伤切痂植皮术患者48例随机分为2组,观察组负荷剂量为氟比洛芬酯100mg,镇痛泵用药为凯纷100mg+舒芬太尼50μg+0.9%氯化钠溶液稀释至100mL;对照组负荷剂量为0.9%氯化钠溶液10mL,镇痛泵用药为舒芬太尼50μg+0.9%氯化钠溶液稀释至100mL。比较两组患者术后镇痛效果。结果:两组患者均获得满意的镇痛效果,除48h外,各时段观察组的镇痛效果比对照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在烧伤切痂植皮术后,氟比洛芬酯复合舒芬太尼术后自控镇痛较单纯舒芬太尼在镇痛效果上更优,安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of postoperative analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanyl in patients undergoing operations for excision of eschar and dermatoplasty of empyrosis. Methods:Patients undergoing excision of eschar and dermepenthsis of empyrosis (n=48) were randomly divided into two groups. By using patient-controlled intravenous analgesia device for postoperative analgesia,the patients were treated with 100 mg flurbiprofen axetil+50 μg sufentanil after a loading dose of 100 mg flurbiprofen axetil intravenously (combination group); or with 50 μg sufentanil in 100 mL saline after loading 100 mL saine (control group). The postoperative analgesic effects were compared between the two groups. Results:The analgesic effects in patients of two groups were satisfactory. The effect was better in combination group than in control group at all time points except at 48 h(P<0.05). Conclusion:Combination of flurbiprofen axetil with sufentanil is more effective than sufentanil alone in the analgesia with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia device.更多还原
