淫羊藿黄酮抗运动性疲劳作用机制研究
Mechanism of resisting exercise fatigue by Epimedium flavones in mice
【摘要】 目的:研究淫羊藿黄酮抗运动性疲劳作用的机制。方法:小鼠灌胃淫羊藿黄酮500,1500 mg.kg-1.d-1,qd,连续14 d后进行小鼠负重游泳试验,测定负重游泳时间、血清中肌酐、尿素氮和肝组织丙二醛(MDA)含量。另外考察不同浓度(0.4,1.0,2.0 g.L-1)的淫羊藿黄酮溶液体外对羟自由基(.OH)的清除作用。结果:淫羊藿黄酮能显著延长小鼠负重游泳时间;显著降低疲劳小鼠血清中肌酐和尿素氮含量;显著抑制小鼠肝组织MDA的产生,并在体外对羟自由基具有显著抑制作用。结论:淫羊藿黄酮具有明显的抗运动性疲劳作用,此作用与淫羊藿黄酮降低机体内自由基的功能相关。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the mechanism of resisting exercise fatigue by Epimedium flavones in mice.Methods: Epimedium flavones at 500 and 1 500 mg·kg-1·d-1 was orally administered once daily for 14 days in mice.After last dose,the time of loaded swimming was determined;the clearance of creatinine and urea nitrogen in serum and the concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA) were detected.The scavenging effect of Epimedium flavones at 0.4,1.0 and 2.0 g·L-1 on hydroxyl radicals(·OH) was observed in vitro.Results: Epimedium flavones significantly prolonged the time of loaded swimming;decreased the creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in serum;inhibited the MDA production in liver tissues of mice;and scavenged the hydroxyl radicals in vitro.Conclusion: Epimedium flavones can obviously promote the ability to resist exercise fatigue in mice;the mechanism relates to elimination of hydroxyl radicals.
