【摘要】 目的:提高医师对临床药师的认同度,促进临床合理用药。方法:采用临床前参加专科临床药师培训,跟随临床医师查房、病例讨论、建立药历等方法。结果:药师为医师提供了临床用药帮助,为患者提供用药教育,解决了部分的用药问题,提高了医疗质量。结论:药师应充分发挥自身的学科优势,深入临床,促进合理用药,提高医疗质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To enhance the approval of doctors to the clinical pharmacists,and promote rational medication.Methods: The pharmacists were trained in the faculty before starting clinical work.The training also included participation in clinical rounds and case discussion with clinician,and establishment of medication records.Results: The pharmacists provided the suggestions for doctor to decide clinical medication,and provided education for the patient to rationally use drugs.Clinical pharmacists partly solved the problem in medication,and improved the medical quality.Conclusion: The pharmacist should display own discipline superiority,and participate in clinical medication in order to promote rational medication and improve the medical quality.更多还原
