【摘要】 目的:优化板蓝根提取工艺条件。方法:以尿苷、鸟苷、腺苷的总含量为指标,采用正交试验对板蓝根水提工艺的加水量、回流次数、回流时间进行研究。结果:最佳提取条件为:用6倍量水回流提取3次,每次1h,上述3种核苷转移率为90.02%。结论:本工艺3种核苷总量的提取转移率较高,且工艺稳定性好,重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the extraction process for radix isatidis. Methods:The process was studied by orthogonal design with the total content of guanosine,uridine,and adenosine as the detective markers. Results:The optimized extraction condition was obtained. The crude material was extracted 3 times with 6 times volume of water for 1 h. The extraction rate of the three nucleosides was 90.02% in the process above. Conclusion:The high extraction rate of nucleosides was obtained with high stability and reproducibility.更多还原
