【摘要】 目的:探讨ω-3鱼油脂肪乳剂(尤文)对严重创伤患者全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)评分及多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)发生率的影响。方法:将92例严重创伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用ω-3鱼油脂肪乳剂100mL静脉滴注,qd,疗程5～7d。于入院d1,3,5对患者进行SIRS评分,判断MODS发生率,并对两组患者的结果进行比较。结果:治疗组在SIRS评分转归及MODS发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ω-3鱼油脂肪乳剂对严重创伤患者有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of ω-3 fish oil fatty emulsion (Omegaven) on the system inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) score and the multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) incidence rate in patients with severe injury. Methods: Patients with severe injury (n=92) were randomly divided into two group. Patients were treated with either the general treatment alone (control), or combined with injection of ω-3 fish oil fatty emulsion 100 mL, once a day for 5~7 days. The SIRS score was determined at admission, and 3 and 5 days later; then the MODS incidence rates were calculated. The results of two groups were compared. Results: The SIRS score and MODS incidence rate after treatment with ω-3 fish oil fatty emulsion were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: ω-3 fish oil fatty emulsion is effective in the treatment of patients with severe injury.更多还原
