【摘要】 目的探讨中西药联合应用治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将68例糖尿病肾病肾功能不全代偿期患者随机分为中西药组(n=32)和西药组(n=21),中西药组在西药组的基础上辨证加用益肾化浊通络方药,西药组采用西药常规治疗加氯沙坦钾片。3个月后观察两组的疗效,包括肾功能、血脂等指标。结果中西药组有效率为75.0%,与西药组61.9%相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且中西药组在改善症状、血脂、肾功能等方面均优于西药组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论中西药联合应用在治疗糖尿病肾病中具有独特的优势,可明显提高该病的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine(ITC-WM)in treating incipient chronic renal insufficiency caused by diabetic nephropathy.Methods The patients with incipient chronic renal insufficiency caused by diabetic nephropathy(DN)were randomly divided into ITC-WM group and control group treated alone with Western Medicine(WM).The variations in clinical symptoms,plasma lipids,renal function,urinary protein content in 24 hours between two groups were observed before and after the treatment.Results The effective rate in ITC-WM group was 75.0% compared with 61.9% in WM group(P<0.01).Renal function and urinary protein contents in 24 hours in both groups were notably reduced after 3 months(P<0.05 or P<0.01).However,the above parameters in ITC-WM group were lower than those in WM group 3 months later(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The clinical symptoms in both groups showed significant improvement after 3 months(P<0.05 or P<0.01)but they were improved in ITC-WM group in comparison with those in WM group(P<0.05).And plasma lipid disturbances in ITC-WM group were improved after 3 months compared with those in WM group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that integrative therapy with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is more effective than simple therapy with Western Medicine in treating patients with incipient chronic renal insufficiency caused by diabetic nephropathy.更多还原
