【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α及其可溶性受体(sTNFR)在特应性皮炎(AD)患者血清中的水平以及与病情的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测30例AD患者及20例正常人血清中TNF-α、sTNFR水平。采用特应性皮炎积分(SCORAD)指数评价患者病情严重程度,分析其与血清TNF-α及sTNFR水平的相关性。结果与正常人对照组相比,AD患者血清TNF-α水平下降,但无显著差异(P>0.05),患者血清sTNFR水平显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。患者血清TNF-α、sTNFR水平与SCORAD、患病时间无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论AD患者血清高水平的sTNFR可加强其中和循环中的TNF-α的能力,继而引起TNF-α介导的抗感染和抗炎症反应能力下降,在AD的免疫发病机制中发挥作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α and soluble tumor necrosis factor receptors(sTNFR) in serum from patients with atopic dermatitis(AD) and to explore their relation to disease severity.Methods 30 patients and 20 normal human controls were enrolled into this study.Serum TNF-α and sTNFR levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The disease severity was assessed by scoring atopic dermatitis index(SCORAD).The relationship of TNF-α and sTNFR to SCORAD and course of disease were evaluated.Results Compared with the controls,serum TNF-α levels were mildly decreased(P>0.05),while serum sTNFR levels were significantly increased in patients with AD(P<0.001).Serum sTNFR levels did not showed a correlation with the SCORAD and course of disease(all P> 0.05).Conclusion High levels of sTNFR in patients with atopic dermatitis might enhance the binding force of sTNFR to TNF-α in circulation and reduce the ability of anti-infective and anti-inflammatory response mediated by TNF-α.This might play a role in the immunological pathogenesis of AD.更多还原
