【摘要】 目的评价以生殖器溃疡为表现的性病诊治模式与干预效果。方法对两地三家性病门诊就诊、具有生殖器溃疡表现的首诊患者进行研究,均作病原学实验室检测并采取联合治疗。结果具有典型临床表现的硬下疳或生殖器疱疹病例构成比较低,病原体检测的阳性率低,有混合感染情况。对性病艾滋病相关知识知晓度较低,经过4周门诊随访,联合治疗的有效率为97.96%,艾滋病病毒感染相关知识知晓度有一定的提高。结论在诊断依据不太充分的情况下,应充分考虑混合感染的可能,推广联合治疗和实施行为干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate effect of treatment and intervention for the genital ulcer diseases (GUDs). Methods Patients with genital ulcers were enrolled at their first visit to three sexually transmitted disease (STD) clinics. The multiple treatment (treat syphilis and genital herpes) were used on patients, and made etiological diagnoses for GUDs. Results Typical symptoms of syphilis and genital herpes ratio was low. The positive rate of etiological tests was low, and some cases had multiple infection. Total effective ratio was 97.96%. After intervention procedures, the sate of right answering about STD/ HIV knowledge was risen. Conclusion The multiple treatment and intervention of STD/AIDS in genital ulcer diseases of sexually transmitted disease could be appropriate.更多还原
