【摘要】 目的探讨血浆置换疗法治疗重症药疹的疗效。方法回顾性分析曾接受血浆置换疗法的10例重症药疹患者的临床资料。所有患者血浆置换后72h观察疗效。结果10例患者的皮损均明显好转。7例伴发热的患者体温均明显下降或恢复正常。2例尼氏征阳性者转为阴性。5例肝功能异常者,有3例血浆置换后肝功能明显好转或恢复正常。2例24h尿蛋白明显升高者,血浆置换后明显下降。结论血浆置换疗法辅助治疗重症药疹可获得较好的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of plasma exchange on severe drug eruption.Methods The clinical data of 10 cases of severe drug eruption who received plasma exchange retrospectively were analyzed.Results The skin eruptions of all 10 patients improve obviously.The temperature of the seven patients with fever obtains relief or returns to normal.The two patients’ positive Nikolsky’s sign returns to negative.Five patients have abnormal hepatic function and the dysfunction obtains relief or returns to normal after plasma exchange in three patients.Conclusion Plasma exchange has better therapeutic effect on the patients with severe drug eruption.更多还原
